Admission deadlines for bachelor's and master's studies 2025/2026:

 

  • from around April 16 until June 11, 2025, at 12 (noon)- registration in the IRK system and payment of the recruitment fee

  • until June 11, 2025, at 12 (noon) – uploading files in the IRK system: my account > tab: Recruitment applications > table: Additional information (applies to selected specialties)

  • around June 13 - information about qualifying for entrance exams (in the IRK system: my account > tab: Recruitment applications > table: Status)

  • June 24-27, 2025 - entrance exams - first round of recruitment (check the schedule)

  • by July 11, 2025, at 12 (noon) - completing the declaration of enrollment (IRK system: my account > tab: Recruitment applications > table: Additional information) and, if necessary, providing the required documents, i.e. matriculation certificate, diploma of graduation, necessary for admission to studies (details in the Terms and conditions of recruitment)

Second round

  • from around July 21 until August 27, 2025, at 12:00 (noon) – registration in the IRK system for the second round of additional entrance examinations (selected fields and specializations) and payment of the recruitment fee of PLN 150; uploading files in the IRK system: my account > tab: Enrollment applications > table: Additional information (applies to selected specialties)
  • August 29, 2025 - information about qualifying for entrance exams (in the IRK system: my account > tab: Enrollment applications > table: Status)

  • September 8-10, 2025 - entrance exams - second round of recruitment (selected majors and specialties)

  • by September 12, 2025, at 12 (noon) - completing the declaration of enrollment (IRK system: my account > tab: Recruitment applications > table: Additional information) and, if necessary, providing the required documents, i.e. matriculation certificate, diploma of graduation, necessary for admission to studies (details in the Terms and conditions of recruitment)
