from approximately April 16 to June 17, 2026, 1:00 PM

– Registration in the IRK system;

– Payment of the PLN 150 application fee

(the fee may take approximately 3 business days to be processed, please be patient)

 

by June 17, 2026, 1:00 PM  1:00 PM

File upload in the IRK system (applies to selected specializations)

Information on qualification for entrance exams

Rehearsals with accompanists (applies to selected specializations)

By July 10, 2026

All applicants (including AMFN students/graduates):

Send a scan of the document entitling them to study, i.e.  Matura certificate, diploma, and other documents required for admission to studies – details in the Admission Conditions and Procedures

(IRK system: My account > Recruitment Applications tab > Additional Information table)

Graduates of universities other than the AMFN and candidates who receive a notification from the Admissions Office regarding this matter – submit the required documents in person or by mail (the postmark date applies)

 

by July 15, 2026, 1:00 PM

– complete the declaration of commencement of studies

by July 21, 2026

Information on acceptance/rejection/placement on the reserve list

Second Round

from approximately July 21 to August 26, 2026, 1:00 PM  1:00 PM

– Registration in the IRK system for the second round of additional entrance exams (selected fields and specializations);  – Payment of the application fee of PLN 150 (the payment may take approximately 3 business days, please be patient)

– Uploading files in the IRK system (applies to selected specializations)

Entrance exams – second round of recruitment (selected fields and specializations)

 

by September 15, 2026, 1:00 PM

All applicants (including AMFN students/graduates):

 

Send a scan of the document entitling them to study, i.e., high school leaving certificate, diploma, and other documents necessary for admission

(system  IRK: My Account > Recruitment Applications tab > Additional Information table) – details in the Admission Conditions and Procedures.

Graduates of universities other than the AMFN and candidates who receive a message from the Admissions Office regarding this matter – submit the required documents in person or by mail (the postmark date is taken into account).

 

Complete the declaration of commencement of studies.
