I don't have a diploma yet, I can't enroll in the selected field/specialization. In the "EDUCATION" tab: click "Add document" Select the document type Enter the year of obtaining the document (2025) Select the country where you obtained the document Click "Save" Ready! The system will allow you to register for the selected field/specialization.
I cannot complete all personal information. Click on the "Registration" menu and select enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year. Then click "my account" > "Personal forms" and complete the data.
The system still displays a message asking you to complete your education information. Perhaps there is still no information about completed high school. Click "my account" > "Personal Forms" > "Education" and complete the fields marked with an asterisk in the "High school" section.
I don't see my account number in the "Payments" tab. Sign up for the selected field/specialization. The system will generate an individual account number after saving and completing the forms.
My points from the first round were transferred to the second round. The system automatically transfers the scores from the first round to the second round. These scores will be deleted after the entry exam registration deadline in the "Enrollment Applications" table view, but the results from the first round will be retained in your account history.
Cancelled Exam - What Does This Mean? If an exam is canceled (this happens when exams are conducted remotely), it means that each candidate receives the maximum number of points from the exam that was not conducted (see Recruitment Conditions and Procedure, § 5, Section 11).
What does "original, copy, or notarized copy" mean? If an original, copy, or notarized copy of a document is required, it means that you must provide a paper version of the document issued by the appropriate institution.
Standard copies from a photocopier or scans sent electronically will not be sufficient to confirm the data. The scans sent are for reference purposes only – in some cases, the Recruitment Office is able to verify their accuracy in electronic databases.
We request an original, copy, or notarized copy of a document if the document in question is not listed in the database, and therefore we are unable to verify the scanned document.
I've completed my preparatory year. Do I need to submit documents? Yes, documents must be collected from the appropriate office and delivered to the Admissions Office. It's best to do this in person, but you can also authorize someone to do so in writing.
How to log in to the USOS system? account name: name.lastname password: same as for IRK system If your name and surname is the same as another person who already has an account in our USOS system (you cannot log in), add subsequent digits (starting from 1) to the login: first name.surname1, first name.lastname2, etc.
